I tried using the Microsoft media creation tool to use a USB to reinstall Windows 10 and try to boot fresh but all that happens is the Windows logo comes up and dots start spinning but then the dots freeze and it does not move from there.
I have tried letting it sit there for multiple hours and nothing happens. I have also tried resetting the CMOS and only using one RAM stick but it always does the same thing and I now also have a brand new hard drive that has never been used before that I have all the same problems with. I do not have another desktop, just a laptop that I used to create the USB installation device.
Unfortunately I do not have a Windows install disc because I was never sent one from ibuypower and I don’t have a any blank discs big enough to burn an install onto. I am hoping I won’t have to take it in to a repair shop because I don’t have the money for that.
